For or against guns?

I know people have different views when it comes to gun ownership. I for one believe in gun ownership. I am all for arming the American people against criminals or to be able to hunt for food. Hunting for food has been an American tradition through out our history. Many families still hunt for food to feed their families. Are you for gun rights or against owning guns? Why or why not? Keep it civil and clean please.
