films have a lot of audience, that doesn't mean its real, people view it for entertainment value ( its even in the title...wwE). It very much is not real

@mealid No....that's like saying all movies are for kids that don't get its fake. a lot of people enjoy it, and I enjoyed it at my teens, it didn't matter I knew its not real. its not the point of the show

It is scripted and the winners are pre-deteremined. The guys play characters on television. However, most of what they put their bodies through is very real. They try to be careful and protect each other, but unfortunately, they are only human and injuries do happen when something goes wrong. Droz, who was in the company back when it was known as the WWF, cannot walk anymore because of a move gone wrong. Edge (Adam Copeland) had to retire due to a neck injury, as one wrong bump could leave him in a wheelchair. One wrestler, not even in the WWE, passed away because of a move that went terribly wrong. :( They really do put their bodies on the line to entertain their fans.

@Boonie1 Daniel Bryan is another example. Neck injuries and concussions have left everyone wondering if he will even be able to make an in-ring return.
