A Mother on a Sunday Morning

Good morning everyone :) As usual, even I would like to stay in bed but as always my baby woke me and drove me to get up. I guess, it is the way it is used to be where every mother or a parent have had experienced. I want to sleep more but I can't. I am already used with it for a year now :) My work required it also. Maybe there would come a time that I may not feel anxious to wake up early for my job but it would be always for my baby haha. Maybe when she grows older and could handle herself attending her own needs.
There are times when we are free and could do anything we wanted to do like sleeping, but why we do not like to sleep and chose to stay wide awake - do you feel the same way or it is me alone who is experiencing it. I guess I am already senile :P but who cares
Anyway, whatever you do or experiencing this very moment, I hope you are all happy. God bless everyone and happy Sunday morning

This is very very true that we cannot do a thing like sleep, when we want it and will not get sleep when we can. This I experienced several times. At 8.00 PM, I feel sleepy but cannot sleep as I have to arrange for dinner, settle kitchen etc. When I go to sleep, I will be wide awake and has to struggle to get sleep.

It is said that what we wish we don't get and what we don't wish we get. At present you want to sleep in morning and you don't get the chance to sleep more because of your baby. In future it may so happen that you will have plenty of time to sleep but you can't get your sleep or would not like to lie on bed aimlessly. It is part of life, take it easy. When kids are small everyone goes through this phase.
Have a nice Sunday.

I wanted to sleep in as I usually do on Sundays. I had my 3 year old niece here this weekend though and she had us up at 7am. She went home now though so I may take a nap later today. Hopefully you can get one in also

I think all parents get to experience that. Sooner or later, you will be the one having a hard time WAKING up your baby!

Don't haste them about growing, enjoy them while they are still babies because when they grow up and you need some lovin, they might see it a bit akward.
