problem in focusing on studies...

i am facing too much difficulties in studing. actually it's getting too much difficult to do.. whenever i try to do it, number of distractions comes out, moves me away sometimes if any family problem stuck in my mind then i can't even study a bit, until that problem gets over. sometimes mobile,laptop,chatting,you tube,games,movies,chors n girls mostly..;-) now how can one do it... i have searched too much videos n read lot of blogs abt focusing bt it seems that it isn't made for me... i expect some practical example, you must have had this difficulty in your way... must have achived something big please share it n tell me how did u do it.. please help me... thank you...
