I could not navigate in to twitter site

Hi Mylot friends, How many of you are doing twitter site, how you are using twitter site. What are the pros and cons of the twitter site. Once I have open my account with twitter and not done any thing on that account. And 9 months back once again I have open an account with twitter with new email id, but I am not doing any thing twitter site, how to navigate the twitter site. Kindly share your experience about this
