Nothing Could Help Me Prepare For This

Yesterday ZJ turned 5 weeks old, tomorrow I go back to work. It's part time, extremely part time, as in I'll be away from her for only a little over 2 hours. But I can't even imagine it.
I know so many people these days are working moms, and I totally respect that but I don't want to be. I would give just about ANYTHING to stay home with her. I can't even begin to imagine next month when the 2 hours gets extended to 5 hours.
I'm terrified that I'm going to miss out on something, or that she'll need me and I won't be there. For one thing, right now she won't even take a bottle without screaming her way through it and choking on the milk.
Logically I know it will be ok, we'll get used to it and all will be fine. Bu for right now, my heart is heavy and I can't believe I have to drop her off for someone else to watch her in the morning.

For the rest of eternity? Because delaying it won't make me any more ready the next day :( I'm playing the lottery, maybe I'll win enough to stay home.

@MakingCents you will just miss your baby all the more and can spend bonding time together when you get home, you sound like a great mom

That is so sad you have to go back to work..I know nursing will be tough on both of you..you needing to pump and her taking a bottle..but things should go well and both of you will adjust.
My daughter has to go through with the same thing soon but she will have me to help her until they get back on their feet so she can stay home for good..at least till the baby is older..Hopefully you have someone who helps you the same.

My friend is providing child care free of charge, so at least I'm not spending money to send her away.
We're working on the bottle, it's been a struggle and it breaks my heard :(
