what do we need to do avoid hair fall ?

would the anti dandruf shampoo will do or any thing else the to be done...

well in my opinion... the shampoo will work to an extent. But if it gets really dry where you are living then you will have problems even with it. There are some types of hair lotion you can use. Also what I found during hte winter time using leave in conditioner works very good. Yes you will need to watch out for the greasy hair look but it does work very well. I would just put my hair in a pony tail and call it a day. good luck

leave every shampoo and everything putting on hair only use water clearing ur hair and mehndi on monthly basis and keep urself tension free it's best solution

Well mam it is quite easy for boys,just cut your hair a little and then regular oil treatment.And the hair are as healthy as possible,I think for girls should be to go to the parlor and ask.
