I hate cleaning as it is lol. It even harder when it is crowded to begin with. I CANNOT wait to get our own place. This being g crowded is driving g me crazy!

@LovingBaking I am not sure if you have tried this but here is an idea, things your not using until you get your own place pacndyking them up and keeping them towards the back and keeping the most used things ha

@granny2015 That is an excellent suggestion to keep things packed up and at the back.

For me, my room and my entire house needs to be uncluttered, neat and clean. I cannot imagine myself sitting in a room with stuff or dust all around. We do cleaning daily. It is a shared responsibility so it is never a burden on any one person. But when it comes to cleaning and setting my cupboards and wardrobe I do it all alone. I like organizing things the way I want so they are easily accessible.

I do clean some but my husband is better at it. One thing I can never clean right is the bath tub, but he always makes it look spotless like a hotel!

My husband does a lot of the cleaning that I hate doing - he runs the vac, he cleans the toilets!

I know the feeling! We moved in here over four years ago, and I'm still working on unpacking the boxes we packed when we moved out of our old place. It's not that we have less room. We've just given the kids their own room instead of having a guest bedroom, so the space we used for storage is taken up with the kids' stuff. Is it possible to get a storage unit for a few months? It's not ideal and they do get fairly expensive, but even a small unit would give you more room to work with while you're waiting to get your own place. Other than that, you could try to minimize what you're storing. That's kind of what I'm doing now... going through everything we have and getting rid of a lot of it. I just can't take having so much stuff in my apartment anymore. If you have a lot of clothes in with what you're storing, try repacking them. Instead of folding them, roll them. You can fit more in a box by doing that than just by folding and stacking them in the box.

For me, it doesn't matter on the size of the room, big or small.... actual cleaning is not my problem. MY problem is just getting in the mood and getting started with it! ....lol. After I " get started", I'm ok with cleaning.
