For me I do for the most part try to keep thing to myself , if its small but the thing is sometimes I dwell on them too much and too long and it turns into something really big inside of me and then suddenly I blow up, what about you?

I have never been one to bottle things inside..I usually let the person know how i feel which can cause an argument but i know it isn't good to keep it inside ... i want that person to talk to me, work it out and then we can be better off. I don't like secrets, or surprises so i much rather a person tell me if they are happy or not..much better for all then to go on their merry way..

Not me! If I don't like something or I'm upset I blow off steam right away. I don't need an ulcer!

It seems we have something in common. I tend to be the same way. I tend to keep things to myself, and they bottle up, and fester. When I can't take it anymore, I tend to totally lose it. It is something I am trying to work on. My hubby has learned when I am quiet, there is something wrong, cause I have a tendency to always be running my lips. So he is trying to help.

See it:s pointless to let things build up inside me . And most of the time it's not worth it. So I just let the other person know if I didn't like anything or things like that. Saves time and energy plus brings true relations closer.

@granny2015 I tend to keep "personal stuff" inside too much.

I'm a person that tries not to get mad but little things bother me and hypocrisy bothers me. And if you continue to do things that bother me over time it starts a tally of things you have done until that one time my meter hits overflow and i'll get mad. and I can stay mad for weeks so that's why I try to avoid it.

I do tend to keep things inside a bit too long, don't like confrontations and more often then not I would rather just ignore it...which is the wrong thing, just find it hard sometimes
