myLotting Session

How often do you login on here? When I first signed up on here, I knew at least two members who seemed to never log off from here. I'd see them around no matter what time of the day or night I happened to login.
Since I came back on here two weeks ago, I've been routinely myLotting twice a day for about half hour each session. One session in the morning and another at night time. I've developed a routine for each session as well to comfortably interact with other members while covering as many discussions as I can get to within the affordable time frame.
I remember being addicted to this place when I first joined. It was hard not to login whenever I had free time. I still enjoy the place very much; let's just say I can control my addiction better this time around...

Now that i am retired, i m here more and log in the morning and keep it on to return back to discussions i make to interact with people..isn't that the main reason we are here?
I have no addiction to myLot. I just enjoy coming here, meeting up with friends, helping those who need, and taking care of whatever needs in my real life in between!

@dawnald ..wow Dawny back to your previous picture. My maid left. Her grand daughter now has a baby, so she can't manage. :( My workload from local client has also increased. That is the reason I am not here as often as I would like to be. But yes, it will be like good old times. I hope they increase the script size. I liked the old script size very much and I loved the colorful look myLot used to have. As to my blondes, one of them is no more, and the other one is not coming in touch on facebook. :( Saphy left myLot before it changed the script and what not. I really wish they will change the script size.
It's about time you show up! Wait, I think she's around a lot, you'll find her soon... or is she the brunette, I can't be sure now.

I'm probably one of those people you were referring to. The only time I actually log out of myLot is when I decide to clear all of my temporary internet files, cookies, and browsing history. 
I used to be here at all hours of the day or night because my sleep schedule was completely screwed up. I'll still do it occasionally, but not if I can help it. The erratic sleep patterns make my fibromyalgia flare up. I like being functional, so no more myLotting whenever I feel like it. My goal is to eventually start scheduling time to participate each day and stick to that. For now, I'm here throughout the day as I'm able to post.

Nope. Sidetracked by the fact that myLot is my home page. How can I ignore the notifications when they're right there?
It's all part of the great myLot plan to take over our lives... *puts on tin foil hat*

I never log out as I am in andout throughout the day, and so it is easier to just stay logged in so when I am ready to do more posting, I don't have to log back in. I sometimes will post at night after retiring so if I can't sleep, I will start posting. I guess I am one of those people that just have to be in here when I am bored.

I don't log in at any particular time - I'm just here when I'm here! I wish I could be more routine about it - it'd be easier to gauge certain things. Perhaps I need to make some sort of time sheet so I know when certain friends are here - hee hee.

I keep hopping in, finding out if there are some good souls who wanted to chat with me. Stay for a while and then move to other tabs on the browser. I start my online day at 11:00 am and end by 3:00 am. And I keep coming back, going out here.

@sishy7 Though from different time zones, I find the people from West - US and Canada (I havent met many from Europe - UK and France) are active during their morning hours - which is evening for me.
Then, there are a whole set of people from Asia - they keep thing moving (though at the moment it is at a much slower pace) during the day.
And when I log in in the morning, my 11:00 am, I find some more responses from West.
In fact the answer to your question are you finding any pattern as to when would be the busiest time on here? Depends on -
1. Your set of friends
2. The discussions you have got yourself on

Yes, I also don't see many European members on here - unlike the other US site I'm also a member of where I met many, mostly from the UK... And I also notice many of them (the European members on the other site) are not aware of myLot - until recently, perhaps, when a few of old myLot member over there started to talk about returning.

This is the first time i have logged in about 3 days...I have a life, a job, other things to do..
I will not allow this place to take control of me like it did years ago.I am in control !!
As for people always being logged in day & night...well no comment...i cannot make judgement on that without knowing their situation, they could have agraphobia or anything...nobody knows except them & that is their business....just saying...

The discussions here are not as fiery as they take place on other sites, say for example Facebook. This place is fine, for it has a go-easy approach, it is nice that not many political discussions take place here.

Once I am here it is a whole day affair - visiting this place as and when I get the time. Sometimes it is smooth as it is now but many a time I am troubled with time out issues like it happened yesterday.I simply do not know why it happens.

I don't log out of myLot. It is always open in at least one window, no matter what site I am actively working on.
I tend to take catnaps instead of sleeping a full night. (I do tend to get around 6 to 8 hours of sleep a day, but not all in one stretch.)
So THAT'S how you get so confused so easily on this site! LOL! I had been wondering about that!

@DaddyEvil in the old format, they showed 10 responses each, with the oldest/first on the first page. now it seems which response or comment has an activity on it goes to the top. i do appreciate that they have dates, so maybe adding time would be my wish, unlike in another site where there are no dates at all.

@sishy7 And that is exactly how/why I get lost in a thread, too, sishy! The conversations keep breaking up, moving around and chasing each other, as far as I can tell.
That is one reason why I start at the top of the thread and follow it all the way to the bottom. That way, I KNOW what the thread was about and how the conversation actually developed on myLot!
