Getting my wisdom teeth out!

Warren, Michigan
August 20, 2015 3:48pm CST
I just got back from a consultation to get my wisdom teeth out. I am very nervous and unready for the pain as I have a low pain tolerance. Does anyone have any tips as to how they survived this surgery?

I don't know why people are so scared of the dentist

I'm not scared of the dentist, I've never had a problem with them. However, I am scared of oral surgery, haha.

I am in your shoe a month ago It is not painful at all when the doctor pulling it out But the real pain is after the operation Prepare some ice to put it in your cheek after the operation I didn't drink any pain killer cause it was useless Drink vegetables and fruits juice for the first three days after operation

ice packs for possible swelling/soreness and things like yogurt and baby food. my stomach was messed up the first day and jaw too sore to open it very wide. it was well worth it regardless tho,the teeth were locking up my jaw.

Oh you don't need to worry about the pain during operation. It's after the operation that you'll have to prepare for. Just make sure to buy those oral antiseptics and don't get too overly worried and concerned over the wound so it will heal quickly. Try and take your mind off it and it'll get better in no time!

Hi, I got my wisdom teeth out a long time ago. The recovery wasn't so bad. I remember being in a lot of pain but they give you pain meds for that. I will pray that everything will go well. God bless.
