On the phone 40 minutes with Verizon....

I got a very nice person which didn't surprise me. I've always has good help from Verizon! He really tried everything to help my crazy connection problems. He was trying to transfer me to a level 2 tech guy but I got cut off! He did call me back and I said I was able to navigate my sites faster so I would wait until tomorrow - if it continues or starts up again to be as bad as it was today I'll call back. they have my 'problem' all documented. So for now I'm managing, but it should be a lot faster. He doesn't understand why my signal strength is so poor. I know they didn't move the cell tower and I know I didn't move! I think it's time to call it a day - and let me and the computer rest!

You're lucky you found someone helpful at Verizon. I had issues with a Verizon phone I guess it's been fifteen years ago or so. After three months of little or no help from Verizon, I packaged my phone up and sent it back to Verizon, told them what they could do with it and I will never have another Verizon phone again. Can you hear me now??? Not if you have a Verizon phone.

I have had several issues with this jetpack and one prior to it and all my phone conversations with Verizon folks was better than expected. Everyone was helpful. I even got into a conversation about my problem on their FB page and that's what led to them calling me since I couldn't get thru to them.
