Looks like outsourcing, has take a heavy toll of jobs there. Yes, it is true that work ethics have been relegated in this spree to save a few shills by outsourcing.

@Rasengan20 Even in India, where I live, these outsource-rs have stepped in as middle men and the companies are sub contracting to them, rather than give decent wages to workers.
