Now my weight is 82 kg . :( I want to get it to around 70 kg like 73 kg or 71 kg. I know all we need to do is workout training and i do that too but everytime after training, it make me feel so hungry and it makes me eat lots more food. It is normal? Does anyone ever feel like this, how you make yourself not so tempted to the food?

@etavasi your stomach will fat when you eat white rice, try to switch it with brown or red rice. You only need a small plate when you eat it cause it is more fill your stomach than thw white rice

When you get tempted, eat raw carrot, cabbage or another vegetables which you can eat raw. It fills you cause I feel it. My weight was decreasing for 6 kg after eating raw vegetables and fruits

@etavasi it is worth to buy vegetables than buying those diets pil or kind. Just enjoy the vegetables, you will miss it when you don't eat it for a whole day

I always try to go on a diet too, but i love eating so much. So i guess what we could do is just eat healthy stuff, so we can be full but at least we are healthy. Make it a habit to drink 8 glasses of water too. :D And at least walk/run for 20 minutes daily.

To me food is always tempting, workout or no workout. However, I recently learned that most of the times we don't feel hungry, but only feel like munching something. That's called "false hunger". After exercise, all you need is rest for few minutes to let your body cool down and then drink lots of water. Water is the best way to silence your "false hunger". This way you'll feel full and less likely to munch after a heavy workout. Few simple habits I followed to reduce 6 Kgs in 3 months: 1. Half an hour workout after office. 2. Enough rest after workout, followed by drinking lots of water. 3. Eating less at night, and drinking water whenever I felt like eating, outside my meal timings. 4. Got enough sleep. 5. Avoiding sweets, even avoided sugar in my tea/coffee.

I never know about false hungry, because every time i hungry i feel my stomach so empty and feel bit pain if i not eat well. What i don't like if drink lots of water is it will make me keep going to the toilet even during sleep it make me feel not comfortable because need to awake for toilet.
