Level 265

"Candy Crush Soda Saga" is a popular 'match-three' game on Facebook. ('match-three': where you have a certain number of attempts to make certain game-pieces disappear by swapping two of them to make rows of three-or-more matching pieces). And this level has confounded me for a few days now. In it, you have to 'spread the jam' (by making matches that include pieces on purple spaces and blue spaces, at which time 'all the matched-pieces' spaces' become purple) over all the spaces, including spaces that start out under blocks (blocks you have to break by making several matches in the squares adjacent to the blocks). You can also make special pieces: 'making a match of four pieces' creates a piece that clears a whole row/columm perpendicular to the first match when you use it in another match, 'making a match of five pieces' creates a piece that will clear ALL OF A COLOR'S PIECES when you switch the new piece with a piece of that color; 'making a match of two intersecting matches' creates a 'bomb' that will clear the eight piece that surround it (and then the eight pieces that fall in around it) when you make another match with it. And if two special pieces end up next to each other, you can swap THEM to do another special trick: two 'row/column clearers' will clear out a row and a column (that intersect at one point in the switch); a 'row/column-clearer' and a 'bomb' will clear out a column three-columns-wide and a row three-rows-high; two 'bombs' will clear the eight surrounding AND THE 16 SURROUNDING IT twice, either of those switched with an 'ALL OF A COLOR'S PIECES'-piece will change all the pieces of that piece's color into that kind of 'special piece' before it 'sets them all off' (clearing columns/rows or exploding); And swapping two 'ALL OF A COLOR'S PIECES'-pieces will simply make all the piece on the board disappear (to be filled in by the next pieces). But I'm wondering 'what should my strategy be on level 265 (pictured)?' Should I focus on clearing the blocks (letting the jam spread as a matter of course), or the other way around (letting the blocks break away as I focus on spreading the jam)? I'm pretty sure I'll just 'beat it when I beat it (if I keep trying again-and-again-and-again).' But I'm wondering if you have any advice that'll get `er done more-quickly Thanks

I have been playing that game for a while.I would get stuck on a level here and there for days at a time and and would get annoyed.I am up to level 326 and am stuck again.Sometimes pure luck is the only way to get past some of the levels.

Some of those like that I try to get 2 color bombs together if I can or a color bomb and a stripe or bomb .But the 2 color bombs together really clears stuff so much better.

I've only done that two-or-three times! Do you have any 'matching strategies' that'll give you those 'two color-bomb'-opportunities more-often?
