Why Me God?

Do you ever wonder why God allows certain unpleasant things happen to you throughout the day? We ask God why did this happen to me or why did that happen to me. Yet we never know what God is doing behind the senses. Listen to this conversation that this man which we will call Butch had with God to maybe help you better understand. Butch: God, can I ask You a question? God: Sure Butch: Promise You won't get mad God: I promise Butch: Why did You let so much stuff happen to me today? God: What do you mean? Butch: Well, I over slept and woke up late My car took forever to start At the restaurant to day they made my sandwich wrong and I had to wait for another My cell phone went dead today just as I answered a call After a long day I just wanted to get home and I ended up following a slow poke. When I got home I just wanted to relax and soak my feet. but my new foot massager would not work Butch: Why did you let all these things happen to me today? God: Let me see, the death angel was at your bed this morning & I had to send one of My Angels to battle him for your life. I let you sleep through that God: I didn't let your car start because there was a drunk driver on your route that would have hit you if you were on the road. God: The first person who made your sandwich today was sick & I didn't want you to catch what they have, I knew you couldn't afford to miss work. God: Your phone went dead because the person that was calling was going to give false witness about what you said on that call, I didn't even let you talk to them so you would be covered. God: I put that slow poke in front of you because if you had been ahead of that car you would have been in a terrible accident God: Oh and that foot massager, it had a shortage in it that would have electrocuted you God: Learn to Trust Me.... in All things , the Good & the bad. And don’t doubt the plans I have made for your day. They are always better than your plans. Butch: I’m sorry God. Thank you for such a wonderful day. God: You're welcome child. It was just another day being your God and I Love looking after My Children... Article Written By:@Butch

I have always blame myself for bad things, and there are plenty. I have never thought to blame God, and I am glad because I know so many people do think that God is out to get them. I think, the world is out to get me and God stands between me and them.

You are a rare gem, not to blame God. It's curious how like on 9/11 people cried out to God and now He's not welcome in our schools or government places etc. Our nation has turned its back on God and His standards and things are bad and getting worse. We need more people like you who's attitude is for God not against Him.

I like that story, as it tells us all the God we serve is a loving God, and always looking out for us. He sees the end from the beginning, and we question why things happen, but if we rely on God, we would realize that good does come out of things in the end.

In retrospect, god did a whole lot of good to me. I can't deny that. But I can't also stop wondering if things would have been different and better had I been given what I believe to be good things. :)

it is by human nature to ask all the time. ask for this and that and ask Why? I have read this story before... it's a good one. and yeah for those who believe in God, we know for a fact that he is sending a lot of ways to keep us safe ..

Well the bible says, I have seen something further under the sun, that the swift do not always win the race, nor do the mighty win the battle,+ nor do the wise always have the food, nor do the intelligent always have the riches,+ nor do those with knowledge always have success,+ because time and unexpected events. (Eclesiastés 3:1-9).
