CashnHits is driving me crazy!

I am an upgraded member of CashHits.com and have over $9 in my account. I am trying to cash out for almost 4 weeks now but guess what? Every time I check the withdrawal page I get a message like "Cashouts are disabled at the moment as we are checking the accounts, please check back after [date]".
So when I do get back after that certain date (maybe one day later) I have a new updated message with a new date in the near future.
I have an active support ticket for 3 weeks and all they are saying is "Oh, you could have cashed out last Tuesday but now it's closed. Check again in 24 hours" and bla bla bla!
Support is not helpful at all, it is starting to get really frustrating!
What do you think about this and do you have similar experiences?

i was inactive (maybe suspended now) in CnH because it takes forever before I got my first redemption minimum pay
maybe it is about to say "goodbye" too like nerdbux.

@stine1online You're welcome! I'm so glad you were finally able to catch it. I saw it open earlier in the week, too, but it didn't stay open for very long.
It would be nice if they could schedule payments like other sites do, wouldn't it? I like the way Clixsense works with the regular payouts.

Oh yes, I had checked that page every hour since Friday and I cashed out all $9.42. Gosh, I really do hope their service will improve until my next cashout. thank you for telling me!

This sounds very much as if they haven't got enough money to pay you. "Checking the accounts" (which accounts they are checking is not specified - more than likely, it's the cash flow accounts!) sounds like a euphemism for "we're waiting for more money to come in before we can pay out ".
I have checked for similar reports but haven't found any. It seems to be generally recognised as a reliable payer and it has certainly been going a reasonable length of time. Maybe this is the beginning of the end? Maybe it's just a temporary glitch?
Have you checked the forum for any similar reports or don't they allow posts like that on their forum?

I've been a member for years. They've always closed the cashouts page while they're processing. It's similar to the way DonkeyMails handles things. Generally the owners are extremely transparent and upfront with members about issues with the site, so I don't think that it's necessarily a sign of things going downhill.

I think that as of now CNH can be considered a scam. They've been down for so long with the same message up for what seems to be a couple of months now. Maybe they got hacked but they really aren't doing anything about it, at least not that I can tell.
