Manchester United needs a new striker

It is disappointing to draw with Newcastle. It also shows that MU needs a good prolific striker like Robin van Persie. Memphis Depay tried his best but it seems that he is still lacking something in his game. Javier Hernández was active but the team set up is not made to suit his style. Wayne Rooney can stand on his own in any formations but he is not in good form. Pedro could have solved the scoring problem but he didn't join. Another week to go for the transfer window. Neymar is rumored considering joining MU, do you believe that?

I'm not an MU fan, but I'd like to see Arsenal getting all the best strikers possible. Not sure what to think about Neymar joining MU either; I thought CR7 is going back to MU since he's not too happy with Real Madrid - now that would be interesting...

I remember you are an Arsenal supporter Were you from Singapore? I don't believe the rumor of Neymar is going to join MU, but it reminds me of how close the other famous Brazilian, Ronaldinho, was to join MU in 2003. I would like CR7 to come back very much. Arsenal has failed to land Benzema but Edinson Cavani seems to be coming. Olivier Giroud is a good striker but I don't think he is strong enough to carry Arsenal to the title.

@jkct02 No, I'm not from Singapore... I think Arsenal needs some sharp strikers, too bad they couldn't get Benzema. They could not even get the three points against Liverpool last night, I'm so disappointed...

@sishy7 Arsenal was lucky to get the draw last night if not for the heroic of Petr Cech. I have always liked the way Arsenal plays. The passing and build up is mesmerizing and is a delight to watch.

Sports can get complicated. So many plays and players have to be constantly changed

that is why professional sports is an industry that can stand on its own. We all enjoy watching the sports we like.

I'm not a big fan of soccer, but, it's been almost a year now, how can you summarize the past year for Manchester United ? Did they get the striker ? Do you watch the Olympics now ?

It has been turbulent since Sir Alex Ferguson retired in 2013 as we have got 4 unsuccessful managers in the next 8 years. We are going to get the fifth one in the summer.

What sports do you like? I guess football is not very popular in your country. I have seen many Philippine basketball players playing in Malaysia basketball tournaments.
