I personally think it's a bad idea. Their are sooooooo many work from home sites on the net free and not free.
I have been running a free work from home site for almost 2 years now and it still hasn't picked up. Mainly, because people are dedicated to the sites they're already a member of.
In a way I want to tell to charge a fee for access, because people will be so unappreciative if it's for free. The only problem with that is, if you charge even 1 person you will be obligated to search for jobs and update the site on a regular basis. It sounds easy, but it's not. Work from home jobs don't come around very often and your members will feel like they've been had if time goes by and you haven't added any new jobs. They will feel had if the jobs seem like BS too.
Another problem is, people hate to go on sites especially the one's that charge a fee only to find that the site has the same jobs you see every where else for free.
I personally have one of the BEST work from home site on the net. I have the best jobs too. At one point I had over 2500 members to my site, and never once did I receive a thank you ever. My site was getting 200 hits per day, and these people could never take the time to say thank you.
