I always feel I should have communicated more with my relatives. I hardly bothered with that earlier but Now i feel I have cut myself away to a certain extent.. I have of late trying to get back to my roots
I have no serious regrets because I can make the right wrong to some extent.
Do you have something you could have done right the first time?

Yes, I guess to a certain point I think I should have done a few things differently the 1st time around. However, I can't change the past, but I can try my best to improve in the present and in the future.

Yes, of course..!!!!
I mean everyone can connect with this line.
Because "to err is human" so often we come across situations where we feel that we could have done it right or in a better way. But the "irony of fate" is we can hardly change the past..(in most of the cases).

There are actually a lot of things that I wish I had done right the first time. When I look back now I see that I could have done so much better at high school if I had just tried harder and wasn't so lazy. I also wish that I hadn't focused so much on the way I wanted people to see me rather than being myself.
I don't think I have a lot of serious regrets but I do indeed have a lot of smaller ones.
If I could change one thing and do it right the first time I think it would be enjoying my younger days the way I wanted to and not how I thought I should.

Same here. I should have ignored their slights and carried on keeping in touch. My sensitive nature had me cut off from many of my relatives.

@allknowing sorry about that.. I had got so busy with kids and stuff that I did actively pursue my contacts with them especially my cousins.

I think you have already posted something similar and I think I already told you that one regret of mine is that I have said some bad words to some people.

@Cristi_Ichim I don't think so. If I do my memory is really getting bad.. Now you have made me feel much older.. So you regret getting mad at people and calling them names do ya? Have you been able to control that or was it just a one off incident?

I haven't talked with my sister in several years. I won't go into why but will say that it was something really horrible that she did to me. I have forgiven her but I haven't forgot and right now, I don't want a relationship with her. I don't want drama and negative people in my life.

There are a few things that I would do differently if given a chance.
