How to strongten the willpower

With the time running away,my willpower become weaker than before.When I was in middle school,I could do one thing for a long time.However now while standing in front of some delicious food,I can't control myself and eat a lot of them.So I am fatter than before now.And it's such a tough thing to lose weight for me.Everytime I want to do something to lose weight,but I give up finally even doing exercise or eating less.

Hi. I know it can be difficult in losing weight because if it were easy then no one would be fat. What I would suggest is setting yourself weight goals. By this I mean after, for example 2 weeks, try have lost a certain amount of weight.
You can find a lot of nice recipes online which are healthy and you can use these to make a food program. Try setting up an exercise program that you have to do maybe three/four times a week and do whatever workouts you can. Also try get a friend to help you and to make sure you eat correctly and go exercise. If you have a friend that pushes you to work harder you will find that you should start losing weight.
If you have goals, a good plan to lose weight and a friend that pushes you to do the work then you might find that your willpower will come back.
