I would like to go to a bead store... any chance of that? Or... a craft store, heck, I could do a lot of damage at Walmart too, they've got some jewelry stuff.

@ElicBxn Wow Elic, you sure did some damage already at Joanns, have you ever gone to Hobby Lobby? Isn't Joann's mostly fabric? Do you plan on sewing a lot or doing some other craft.

@Marcyaz I make jewelry, but Joann's isn't just fabric any more. In fact, we discovered that Michael's doesn't carry cross stitch patterns any more but we found a good one at Joann's. But I'm thinking of adding pins to my jewelry. By cross stitching with floss and beads I think I can make some nice ones.

Since I'm not a clothes person..well i wear clothes but prefer vintage clothes and i have enough of those..So i would really choose groceries and stock up on foods i can't buy with my fixed income. I remember the show where the person had maybe 1 or 5 minutes to grab all they could in their cart and had to be over the line before the bell went off..

Rose, would it be a grocery store than and if so what kind of items would you pick, Fruits and vegetables or meats since those are so expensive?

@sharon6345 I do remember some show like that vaguely but hey I bet you could get some good meats in that amount of time. Would you want steaks?

I would go to a warehouse store, like Sam's or Costco as you can get lots of stuff there. I would probably buy a goodly amount of meat as it is expensive.

Yeah, costco's would do and you could buy lots of meat there for stocking up and I would buy their tamales as they are so good. Geez now my mother is watering for one of their tamales.

15 minutes isn't really enough time. When it comes to clothes I'd like to try things on before buying them. Just because it is my size doesn't mean I'll like it. It might not look good on me. I take a very long time deciding what to get, and because I have very little patience, I usually leave stores without buying anything because I don't want to keep trying on multiple things repeatedly to find the right fit and right style.

Well maybe you would like to go to a grocery store or craft store rather than a clothing store. I personally would just find my size 6 (want to make sure they carry that size at the store I go to) and grab all the dresses, jeans, tops, jackets I could in my 15 minutes. Wow would I ever have a good time, if one or two didn't fit I would see if I could sell them online or find someone to give them to.

@katsmeow1213 Now I know the food pantries could always use more foods for those people who need some help.

@Marcyaz I suppose I could use a shopping spree at a grocery store.. I'd just grab up everything I could and if I got things I didn't want I could donate it to the food pantry.

I absolutely hate shopping. But if this ever happened, I think I would choose Best Buy and just have one of the workers do the shopping for me..

@TexanTornado They are very helpful here also though I don't go that often only when I need something in the way of electronics but I think it is one of the places I do like to go even if it is an hour away.

I am now addicted to online shopping. I like amazon.in. They never disappoint me. I first surf away and that is kind of window shopping to me.

Nothing wrong with online shopping if that is what you want to do. Myself I prefer to see and feel before I buy but each person has their preference on how they do their shopping.

You could definitely get a lot at Walmart for what you need or want. Probably stuff you wouldn't normally spend bucks on, huh?
