Can you live without a phone for... ?!

In our modern life we used the phones almost every day.. it is important thing that we can't live without.. there are people that "addicted" to smartphones.. If health authorities proves that the mobile devices will make series damage if you will use it every day.. what you will do ?!

yes I can . I used the laptop for the online time ,the calling is not too much .now my phone have seldom function than other people .I am not much depends my phone
