Do you have those late night ones? Of course if you don't stay up late you probably don't. But for me I have one nearly every night. Something cold to drink, a piece of fruit, chocolate. When are your cravings the worst?

yea,night snack is mainly ramen noodles with a bit of butter and basil.i toss those packets that come with it.WAY too much salt to be good for anyone.

The salt in the packets are deadly! I am going to try this as the noodles are cheap.

Dreadful cravings at night and I cannot sleep if I am hungry! So I have a little treat of a slice of bread with butter and English Blackberry Jam. So wonderful - I look forward to it all day! I like food too much and so much weight to lose.

I hear ya. I gave up on the losing long ago but I just don't want to gain any more. My last yearly exam I had lost five pounds and was really happy with that.

@celticeagle Well done! I am 35 pounds overweight. I have started to walk using a cardio programme online but haven't the enthusiasm to do it every day. I need motivation.

@cynthiann I need a walking buddy. I am really needy right now with my daughter in a manic phase and blaming me for everything. Sure wish I had close friends. All mne have move away and I have no family.

I am not the 'late night snack' kind of person. I sleep early and at best I might eat my favourite in my dreams and that would be chocolate
