Where do I see new discussions posted by my connections?

Under 'people' we see activities of our connections. I know I could go to their profile pages and see their discussions. Is there a place where I see just new discussions posted by them? If not I would be happy if this feature is introduced. In the old myLot we used to get notifications whenever a connection created a new post.

A couple of years back we not only had notification of new posts submitted by our friends, but also new posts concerning subjects that interested us. As you will recall we could select our topics of interested and keep updated accordingly. The removal of such features not only made navigation difficult, but seriously impedes worthwhile interaction since we can easily miss something that would appeal to us. I could see no logic in these changes at the time and still find the decision to be quite counter productive to Mylot.

As Porcospino has pointed out we can see new posts under the tab 'people' We have no categories now but I think the site is looking into several aspects and soon we shall have everything put in place.

@LadyDuck We seem to be lacking a few useful features that are common-lace on most social media sites. The fact that I find most strange is that these options previously existed and have been removed.

@Asylum I find the system very confusing. I am still unable to have ONLY the list of the discussion submitted by people I follow.

This is something I also would like to know. I am still not sure how to find all the discussions started by people we follow.

As Porcospino pointed out you can find discussions under the tab 'people' where on the right side there are further sections.
