My plan in September is to reduce weight

According to my BMI result, I think I am overweight. Maybe I need to control my food and do more exercise. I play badminton every Thursday. I think it is not enough. I plan to do exercise three time per week and 30 minutes per time. I will start it in September and review the result in October. Do you think it can reduce my weight?

Yes I think it can. Any exercise effort will help you I hope. Please do not be so hard on yourself tho..maybe you are not too overweight..sometimes measuring devices and charts are wrong not for everyone the same. Have fun doing new things. I find that walking helps, but I was walking a long way for 5 days a week and did not lose weight right away.

Yes. You are right. The index should be for reference. I think I need to start some light exercise and increasing it later.

and maybe you should control your menu when you have lunch and dinner..it can be combined with a good exercise..

Yes. I have controlled my meal now. I eat well in the morning and afternoon. I eat little in the dinner. Do you think this is good?

I think you can do it if you can insist. the problem is whether you can persist in doing it.

I think your plan of exercising 3 times per week for 30 mins per session should be a good start. You can consider joining a gym program. Remember that diet control is important too.
