Effective Study Techniques

01. Planning :- a) Long term Planning b) Medium term Planning c) Daily Planning [ Quantity instead of Time] 02. Study in Blocks of Time :- a) Keep the Blocks small of around 40-45 min b) Close all sort of Communications c) Take breaks of 5-10 min 03. Avoid Rounding off :- a) Date wise rounding b) Time wise rounding 04. Study tough topic when you are in your best state of mind :- a) Find your own “ fresh” time b) Stretch yourself during fresh time period 05. Never study on bed – specially late night If you really want to study, please take pain to sit on chair-table 06. Keep Revising :- a) Research shows that we lose around 70% in just a day and around 95% in a week if we don’t revise what we learnt Note:- Write down important bullet points and paste on wall etc.so that you can see them often 07. Make a Study Group. 08. Find a best Teacher. 09. Healthy Body :- a) Never skip breakfast b) Keep low profile in dinner c) Eat lots of salads/fruits d) Exercise 10. Healthy Mind :- a) Solve puzzles/crossword/suduku at least 1 Hr every week 11. Enjoy Preparation :- Out put is better if we enjoy what we are doing 12. Believe in Yourself :- Always cultivate good positive thoughts
