How/When/Where do you surf the net?

When I first connect to the Internet in the morning I check my e-mail--delete the spam--then read them all--answer them later in the day or early evening. Then I read the NY Times, Post and Hollywood Reporter net sites--after that I go to and www.broadwaytalkin.com to see the posts on AllThatChat--great places for anyone interested in theatre. Then on with my day. When I come back on the Internet I check out all the new e-mails and start answering the personal ones. That's followed by www.gays.com and on to www,authorhouse.com to check on my book sales. Now it's time to tackle the MyLot.com notifications I received--I read them and try to post a comment where apropos. Then dinner and whatever the evening brings. Around midnight I check e-mail, facebook and then I get down to working on my new book til wee hours of the morning. I have about 50 'favorites' on my list but, usually, only hit them once a month or so to catch up latest info. Every once in awhile I try, and fail, to spend less time on the Internet :o) No wonder I don't have time to do everything I want to do--like computers were suppose to save trees they were also suppose to save time--NOT! (Anyone visit any sites worth pursuing? Not political ones!) I am looking for a good movie web site--anyone have any ideas? I currently go to film buffs on facebook. By the way am I the only one who 'hates' to google? Usually I put in a name or subject and get 10 pages of 10+ different URLs and find myself spending hours researching a subject just to look where I can find the info--nothing like a library AND Librarian (Hurray, AJ!) who can supply the info (and most times the answers!) in a very short time. Where/when/how do you spend your Internet time?

I have had to force myself to cut back on Internet time and get back to life!

The internet is virtually my default setting and barring food, sleep, etc. it can get 24/7 unless work opportunities, or social gatherings lure me away and I often use my Tablet or libraries to work online from too.

I spend most of my online time on my e-mail, facebook, twitter, news pages and the writing sites. I use my laptop and usually sit on the couch in our living room.

I am usually online only in the mornings, especially now that I have Daisy to look after.
