Since I lost weight from not eating too much I thought I'd list the ways you can gain weight the best way. No this is not a list of food you should eat that are fattening, these are just two things to do to increase your body mass the easy way if you need some. 1. Eat out with your friends (or family, or your boyfriend/girlfriend and their friends) This is definitely a fun way to bond and enjoy food at the same time. You can go to restaurants that you've never been to before and talk about how delicious the food tastes and cruise over different topics while enjoying and sharing food etc. This should keep you from thinking how much calories are in the food and other diet stuff. Also since each meal is measured it should keep you from eating too much or too little especially if you share your food with each other (serving spoon anyone? ). 2. Exercise and then eat heartily. What better way to keep those muscles and your body toned than by exercising? And what better way to enjoy your day than heartily eating fruits and salads as a snack after you've rested and relaxed yourself from the exercise routine. And then you can eat the main meal and not have to stuff yourself silly. (If this doesn't work for you, you can always go back and do #1. ) If you do these things, you won't notice your weight gain at all until someone else tells you about it.

haha, losing weight is easy for me. What I do is I just don't eat much and I lose the weight. Or I sleep very late or just walk a lot all the time and it's gone.

@TiarasOceanView Oh maybe it's the inactivity as you mentioned. As long as you feel healthy I don't think the weight would matter that much.

@owstalaga Owstalaga. I was always thin and it was no problem for me to lose weight. I do not know what happened to me besides these medications and the laziness of sitting on computer.

Compared to losing weight, gaining weight is easier and a more pleasurable option ! I wish at some stage in my life I feel the need to gain weight ! I will go crazy eating all I want !!!!

Indeed, it's so much fun to eat all the food we like if we can eat lots of them. But of course it's still better to eat in moderation to avoid indigestion or something.

I must agree that exercise when properly done will make the person so hungry thus she will eat voraciously always and gain weight .

Oh I don't think I can help if you've tried everything. :D Weight gain depends on your age too. Since you are still young then relish your fast metabolism because when you get older it won't be as fast as before. Once people get older the pounds pile up faster than a speeding bullet.
