I have been eating healthy for years now. For the most part I don't really indulge into too much junk food. However, today I had some cheetos and now I feel sick. I have noticed before that if I eat junk food I just feel really sick afterwards. Does anyone else feel like this?

Today, I had a platter meal from Long John Silver's. Shortly after I finished eating it, I thought, "This isn't real food." I need to start eating better.

Exactly! The food just isn't even real. They need to offer more healthy options when eating out.

@dashboardc33 I need to hire a cook. I hate to cook. The cook can make me some real food then. I guess I could cook up some basalmic rice, some stir fry veggies, stewed tomatoes, maybe some black beans. I might do that after I get home from my Thursday knitting group or tomorrow.

Me too. We rarely go out to eat. IF we do, it's only for a special occasion. I usually feed my family something healthy.

Nope, haven't gotten to that point yet. I guess I'm still not eating as healthy as the rest of you.

Sometimes people have food allergies which can make them feel sick.

Yes, that will cause you to feel like that because they are filled with additives .

There are healthy snacks we can eat but often they don't taste as good.

Sometimes we just want a pizza or something then we regret it.
