when should we exercise for best result

If you r working out do it at the time of the day when nature is most cool . Early morning is the best , but the question is how to wake up in early morning :p . As most of us have the habit of going to the bed late ,it becomes almost impossible to wake up early even after so applying so many alarms.

That is what I heard. Work out when you get up. I am a early riser so I don't have a problem with that.

I have this great pedometer that allows me to collect my 10,000 steps... 5000 in the morning and 5000 in the afternoon. It actually has been working quite well. Thank goodness for Playaways!!

Any exercise at any time is better than no exercise...I walk for one hour in the evening and that time suits me the best , so according to me evening time is the best !

When I was in my 20s I do exercise before sleeping... karate/kung fu... so I don't have to worry of waking up early. I had good body abs... no fat on my belly.

Exercise in the evening is not good because it can disrupt the sleep. Morning is the best time, it is not necessary that it is early morning, but it is better to exercise before lunch time.
