Yes, I have a built in internal clock. I wake up basically the same time each morning give or take about 15-20 minutes. Regardless what time I go to bed, where I am at, etc.

@TexanTornado Now that is me.. My husband hates it when I wake up and start wriggling around. I wish I could sleep in sometimes.. maybe just once in a while.

@sofssu I wish I could too. If there is a time I do sleep 10-15 mins. over, I will say I slept in, and hubby just rolls his eyes and says, oh yeah, now your day is shot.

@sofssu Upset? No. And I am just trying to recover the time that I lost being away from my internet friends. Is that a crime?

No, I try to sleep in on weekends if we don't have anything going on. I don't even always wake up at the same time on weekdays. 2 days a week I go in an hour late, so I sleep in an extra hour on those days.

@katsmeow1213 Looks like you have a relaxed schedule. Enjoy it as long as you can.

I pretty much do, as I wake up usually between 6 and 6:30 am. There have been some days though when I would sleep a little longer and not get up until 7 am or so. I try to get up at the same time, as I don't use an alarm clock, so I guess you could say that I have an internal clock too, and it wakes me up just at the right time.

I wake up mainly at the same time however it has to do with the daylight comming in my window. Usually around 6 but in spring and summer it will be about 5
