Tea is a known and popular beverage, I don't have to mention everything, there are different types of teas.
Most come from the same plant, Camellia sinensis; many are mentioned by colours, such as white tea, green tea, yellow tea, black tea, oolong tea (dark coloured), pu-erh tea (chinese green).
Some teas are not actually from Camellia sinensis, such as herbal tea, infusions tea, tisanes tea; they are prepared by lemon, apple, ginger etc.
Some are made from other plants like rooibos tea, mate tea etc.
Like it or Hate it what is your side of tea? any new or odd variety in your locality or known by you?
By the way I am not going to mention thousands of teas.

How about some iced tea ... perhaps with a berry flavor and make it sweet.

Tea is not growing here, so I don't know any local variety. For health reasons I have had to replace my morning coffee by a Darjeeling or an Earl Grey (it depends of my mind), and finally I appreciate teas. I have not tasted yet a white tea, and I don't like green teas, except when they are converted to Oolong.

We have traditional tea which has typical smell and feels good. I don't know what's the name but we serve it in very traditional way ( boil it ). I also love green tea, ice and milk tea

@redvakaurvaki I gain knowledge about something I am talking, I read about tea just like different varieties, but most importantly I interact with people to know about their place too.

@celticeagle with honey is right, I use lemon with honey and not any sweetener/sugar. I had ginger too, again with honey

When I was a child, I loved making and drinking sassafras tea. (It is made from the roots of the sassafras bush or tree. (Depending on the age of the plant, it can be bush or tree.))
This tea is part of the "Spring Tonic" that used to be made by some of the original settlers in the area where I live called the Ozark Mountains.
I haven't had it in years!
The closest tea I have ever come to that is a good rooibos tea.
I will drink black tea or some of the specialty teas, as well.

@yugocean I would like to learn to make and blend teas. I am majoring in Alternative Medicine and can't wait until I take my herbal classes!
