In which part of party planning do you spend much and less?

Usually there are lots of things to do in preparing for special event of one of the members of our family. Of course in preparation there are things that we need to spend but there are things that we want to spend less or not bother to spend at all. In any type of occasions it can be birthday party, children’s party, debut, wedding, anniversaries and other more what are the things that you would bother to spend much and which are the things that you will spend less and why? During the preparing for the baby’s baptismal birthday event, we spend much for the catering, souvenirs for adults, lootbags, prizes, and attire. In catering if I would spend for the food of course I want to make sure it is delicious, unique and there are some that has never been tasted to other occasions. I don’t like common food or something that is already the usual. I want to make sure that it is all worth even if I spent lot for that particular food. In fairness when it comes to pumpkin soup it was totally gone whereas for all I know when it comes to soup this is something that people usually ignore at all or usually can’t be finished. I don’t want to avail a budgeted meal then the taste is not that worth. I believe the taste of the food will be the one that brings wonderful event especially if your visitors enjoy it. When it comes to souvenirs, I want something that it is not for display but visitors can use it too and something that is more memorable. I availed the cupcake towels here and smoothie towels here in which I believe it is more practical to use rather than displaying it. Since I am tricky person then there are people who were fooled that they thought it was the real cupcake, they were about to eat the souvenir. Same reason with lootbags and prizes of course I want something that is unique and memorable something that they can practically use it. Yet it is like a thanksgiving gift that they have participated and they did the effort of joining the game. Attire I want it to be branded as long as I can use it after and of course as long as I have enough money to spend expensive clothes. I spent less for the photographer and videographer since I can edit and make my own style on how to edit both photo and video. I also spent less for the cake that is for blowing because I don’t want to spend too much on cake that is for decoration and big in which that is not delicious at all. For the invitation I was able to spend for the ink and papers rather than going to the printing press and will charge me double yet you are not that sure that all of the guests you have given the invitation will be coming to your event. I did not spend anymore for the stylist, dessert or candy buffet which is famous to the event, balloons, cupcakes and other more. I don’t want to shell out for the decoration in which after you will just throw that away. But of course the design will live the memories because of the photos and videos, but then I would rather want to rely on the venue that is already presentable and wouldn’t bother to decorate anymore. I don’t want to encourage anyone for the candies because it is not really healthy for the teeth.
