I believe that bosses become great bosses because they have the ability the shout out to the world; without letting anyone stop them. As a boss of my beliefs; I have noticed a lot of contention of others just because I am openly - spoken, and not afraid of backing down. People who desire to be a boss; who are not able to speak the truth as it is; will need a little push; and that's exactly what I am going to do to you now; if you lack confidence and independence. First of all; you will need to allow yourself to not give a damn too much. If you do, however, have a problem with caring too much; you will definitely need to turn down the volume a bit; because caring too much is perceived in the wrong way in this world (and you cant say it isn't) and also if you are planning on being a boss; you will somewhat need to care; but also you will need to have inner - strength; so as you can carry out your plans. If you don't have inner - strength; your plans for the future could easily be ruined by envious people. Now you can see why it is important to be a boss! Just act like you don't give a damn around others; and let's just say someone turned around to you and claimed that you're just being pure ignorant; what you do is leave the room LIKE A BOSS. ...There's no point in giving them an excuse to respond to you with even more cruel - words...
