Do you workout/exercise daily? If not, please read this!

I started to go to gym on September of 2014. Now it's been a year and I'm so glad that I made that decision because I remember how was my health before I started to workout. I was kind of skinny and I can't even run 0.6 miles without getting tired. Also my health wasn't good too. I usually catch cold and it didn't abate until I took my medicine. Wait! I have to mention that I got a big fat belly too. truly I really hate it and that was the reason why I started to go to gym. So I workout so hard for a one whole year. I never skip my gym and I exercised hard as I could. And now look at me! I'm a completely different person!. Now, for the love of god no more fat belly and my skinniness is replaced with hard muscles. My endurance and stamina is way better than previous version of me. So, for a better life I recommend to do any kind of exercise in your free time. I know most of people don't have time to this stuff because of busy life styles. But doing this is also important because it will help you to stay healthy when you getting old. These are some of health benefits from exercising and its are medically proven. I culled this info from a website. up to a 35% lower risk of coronary heart disease and stroke up to a 50% lower risk of type 2 diabetes up to a 50% lower risk of colon cancer up to a 20% lower risk of breast cancer a 30% lower risk of early death up to an 83% lower risk of osteoarthritis up to a 68% lower risk of hip fracture a 30% lower risk of falls (among older adults) up to a 30% lower risk of depression up to a 30% lower risk of dementia So think about it for minute and if don't do exercises start it today! and live a healthy life! Good points,there are many health benefits in doing regular exercise be it going to the gym or for a brisk walk.. I go to the gym once in a while because it is not convenient to do so regularly, but I go for a brisk walk for one hour every day covering nearly 5 kms and I find it even better than gym because I am in the open air ..

Walking is actually my favorite form of exercise. I prefer it much better than working out in the gym. Plus you get to breathe fresh air and enjoy nature too.

I don't do it daily but I try to do it twice a week. There was a point when I was doing it 5 times a week! interesting points here, thanks.

yeah, i already know that... i do try and exercise daily.. i try but i never stick to it i even added that to my new year's resolution

I dont go to a professional gym as it is much more convinient to practice at home; if staying fit is the priority.Although I must say that the facts that you have stated are tempting and educating too. :)
