I experienced it very badly a few times in life. The way that I coped with it was to push it deep inside as I had too much responsibility to have time to do anything about it like cry or grieve. So, in time, the feelings went away because I did not allow it to do anything to me. And soon, I wondered why I even had those feelings as they are now gone.

@KomaltHeCuRious Well it is the way I had to as I was also made homeless, on the street, so had to care about other issues.
