It was twice now that my fingerprints has been rejected by the CID here in Qatar to complete my visa here as a husband sponsor. I feel so helpless now knowing that my hands were suffered severely by dermatitis by too much exposure to laundry soap and it greatly affected the rigid of prints in my fingerprints. I already consult a dermatologist here in Qatar and been using the prescribe cream to heal my hands but still I have been rejected. I hope that in the coming days miracle will heal my hand and the scan machine can read my prints easily.

@airkulet It is a nuisance to get those formalities completed. I too had to go through when I was renewing my passport - all 10 fingers.

I think you should register again , now that your hands is in that state . My fingerprint is often rejected by the biometric . So, i tried other finger but the same.. Lately , i registered my big finger and it's always recognized by our biometrics.
