Taking Writing Challenges

When I am not here on Mylot. I am on BlogJob or Blogger writing another blog post. Today, I wrote," 10 moving tips while packing" and "Favorite or Dislike : Foods". I tend to ask a question at the end of each written blog post. To encourage readers to leave a comment. Or to take it up on themselves to write a blog post about the subject I had written about. I plan to take a writing challenge I read about either later today or tomorrow. It is writing about one word. It is a word choose by someone else. I have to come up with a 300 or more words using the certain word. It can easily be done. If I sit back and think about it.
Do you like taking writing challenges, prompts or poses?

Depends.
When I'm feeling like I do today, not really. I just want to shut down the computer, take a pill, and crawl back into bed.
When I'm well-rested, the weather's being kind, and I've kept up on the pain management properly? Absolutely! I used to avoid them because I didn't think what I came up with was good, but then I realized that it's okay to not be good at something... you just have to put in the time and effort to get better at it.
How are you liking BlogJob? I took a look at some of the things there, but haven't dipped my toes in yet.

I love doing writing challenges. As it challenges my writings. Whatever challenges me, usually leads me to be a better writer.
I like BlogJob. I do wish there was more interaction. But there si no need if you just write three blogs a day.

I am sorry writing isn't fun for you. last year i wrote a series of short story of Halloween ABC's. I use words I could think of that start with the letter A that goes with Halloween. i made them in to a story. I finished all the way up to the letter Z. i had alot of fun doing that.

a lot depends on if I like one or not and if it is fairly easy.

Same here. I try most challenges. Some I don't. It depends on the subject.

Most writing aren't that hard. I think they push people to go beyond their comfort zone in writing.

Asking questions is a good way to encourage interaction, I would say. I think writing challenges are great but honestly I've never done any. It's mostly because I always have other ideas in my mind that I still have yet to put in writing. I might try doing it someday. I remember when I was in the bubble-land writing challenges were very common, not sure about now.

I use to write on Bubblews to. I like to take challenges, even thou I have many ideas of my own. I take challenges as i feel it can push me to be a better writer, story teller or poem creator. As a challenge will push me to do better and go further.

What has been one the hardest challenges to complete? Mine would be the ABC Emotions 52 week Challenge.

i admire folks 's yerself who tackle those challenges. i fear when given a subject, a lil sign that says 'soakin' in the stock tank, be back in'n hour' hangs in my brain. yepperz, total shutdown. so, i'd 've to give that a big no

@rusty2rusty I do like to challenge myself with the subjects I write. Your challenge that you are taking sounds like fun.
