So I hear different reactions to this question all the time. Mostly it depends on which animal is your favorite. So here is my thoughts and explanation. Some people argue that dogs are trainable and cats are not. Cats on the other hand almost never end up learning tricks. So is it that cats are not smart enough to learn or is it that they see no need to learn tricks? Cats definitely have emotions and character traits that I think are above a dogs.

It has all to do with the training dogs get. Dogs have to perform.
