Does woman should stay home with the kids?

Normally , kids should learn all the things from mom, but in extremly cases they can hire another woman or there are programs, schools etc. The best example in life is your family , so if you can stay more longer with them, is the most important thing !

I think it's just a matter of choice. I think it all depends on what does she wants to her life. I don't think it's a waist. And I also think that goes to man too, it's not that usual but, If a man trully wants to be a "house husband"(if that term even exists), he can be, don't think it's a shame or something like that.
