Great day everyone! I just want to know if you exercise everyday. I am a struggling with this though my goal everyday is to exercise to be fit and healthy. I gain a lot of weight when I stopped working. I used to walk thirty minutes in the morning and evening. I do a lot of walking going to work before but now, I dread to do exercises. lol. Yesterday, I dance my butt away though it was just 15-20 minutes only. Today, I do crunches around 80 counts and 1 plank of 20 seconds. lol. How about you? What can u suggest for me to do daily that will not take so much of my time?

I do a 10-round walk at the ovals (about 4.6KM) 4 times a week for 44-46 minutes on early mornings.

oh wow! how I wish I could do that too. I used to walk at Amoranto Stadium during my younger years. I will try to walk now around our village, but now it is raining. boohoo.

Just dance there in your sala for 25 minutes while watching your favorite TV program. You'll certainly sweat out. That is what I am doing before I go to sleep, if not, jog , do some push ups.

I don't know how to dance LOL! I prefer walking at the ovals because I go to the seaside afterwards for my sunrise shots :)

I don't do exercises on purpose. In fact sometimes doing some housework can be regarded as a kind of exercie. As to me, I go to office and go home on foot everyday. It is my daily exercise.

walking is a great exercise. I used to walk also before I quit my job. I grab all the opportunity to walk both to and from the house and office

I always think of exercising but I rarely do. All the apps and videos I downloaded just get wasted!!! I try to just move around when I can. And since I'll start work on Mon, I'll get back to being more active w/o doing any exercise.

@rakski Oh where'd you buy the pedometer? Never thought of buying one but I think it would be nice to know how many steps I make in a day.

I don't exercise everyday, but i do exercise when I can. My exercise is walking as I have two dogs, and they do need their exercise as well as I do. I will probably buy a stationary bike for winter though, as I am certainly not walking when it snows.

I agree walking is the best as I have also asthma, I cannot really jog or run but I do brisk walking.

@rakski I think having my dogs, gives me the incentive I need to walk, as I probably wouldn't do it otherwise. They need their exercise as much as I do.

I really need a lot of motivation to exercise. There are times when I have worked out really hard for months but I always slack off. Yesterday I did 40 squats and 2 one minute planks and a few other things but today I have done nothing and I don't really feel like doing anything right now either. Ugh I wish I wasent so lazy and unmotivated.

so I am. there are times that I really want to exercise. But when I see my kids still sleeping, my body wants to sleep more. lol. wow, 40 squats and 2 one minute plank. I wish I can do that too but in my 20 seconds, my body is already shaking. anyway, this is my first day for plank. I hope I can increase the time.

Ever since I was young, inactivity is my way of life. I don't go out much or move around a lot. No wonder I was overweight since childhood. Since winter season is upcoming, I tried walking to work from Saturday to Thursday in the hopes of losing a few pounds. But due to my senseless eating, pounds tried to crept up. I think the only reason weight is not skyrocketing just yet is because of my daily 20 minutes walk to work. Unfortunately, the project site is only 6 months from completion and after that, the workplace will be moved far from my home so no more walking opportunity for me. So no matter how lazy I am in terms of fitness, I simply try to enjoy early morning walks because I know it will not last that long anymore.

good for you. for sure those morning walks have a tremendous effect on you given the inactivity and fondness to food you have. We still have to think of our health and body.
