i think it's highly increased now... like a fire it goes on increasing.. To stop it, a commitee at international level can be formed.Responses from all tiny countries should be taken into account so that a palatable desicision can be made

There is no big difference between terrorism and peace keeping activities. The jobs are the same. If you have the support of some powerful sources, media like that, then it is called peace activities. Otherwise will be named as "terrorist" activities.
