something bother me

Do you have certain people that you dislike ?now there are some people around me always talking behind others.And i really dont like to see such things happen. When we are together, they begin automaticly to talk behind others even some of them are their friends. And it seems nothing have happened when they're(who talk behind others and who are talked about) together face to face. As for this , I really dont know what to say. And i only make sure I won't act like them.what bother me is that I have to change topics when they're talking behind others to me and i pretended not ever heard this, and try to say something else. If you were me, what will you do?
