What are the musts to get to success? I need your contribution.

I recently learned the upfront musts to get to success are the following:
1) to learn how to get on well with people,
2) to learn how to manage time,
3) to learn how to keep fit,
4) to learn how to enter a promising career, and
5) to learn how to manage a happy family.

I agree with your list. I may not be successful now but I I always live up to being perseverance and I am hoping one day my sacrifice are recognize someday.
