In China, people likes to pay for others.(of course they are friends or relatives) For example, when some people who are friends or relatives go to the restaurant, all of them want to pay for others. However, it ia said that in other countries, people likes to pay for themselves. For example, if two friends they are in the plub, they will pay for their own. In China we call it "AA?". I don't know whether is true or not.
Once many people climbed the mountain with foreign teachers. And I climbed with one. When we need paid for food, I don't know if I should pay for her, according to our culture or we just pay for ourself, according her culture.
I don't know if there is any one who can know what I mean. If so, can you help me? And I know know how to express people pay for themselves in a sentence. "Go dutch" is right or not?

Here in our country, it is usually thought to be good if all share the bill equally. But it varies with the circumstances really.
Sometimes even one person only will pay.
