The first thing is to do what Alex siad to read the faq's and guidelines, as everything you need to know is there. The only way we earn in here is to be interactive with others. whcih means you interract with those that resopnded to your discussions, and comments that have been made as well. We only earn for how much interaction we do between each other. You should never start a discussion and leave it, as there would be no interaction.

Hi and welcome! To start with, the help link next to your profile picture contains the community guidelines and the earning FAQs, as well as all the boring legal stuff. Your first stop should be that help link. There is also a good "how to" guide created by one of our members, @owlwings, that many have found helpful. I'll link to it in my response. I also post informative discussions from time to time, to make sure you stay up to date on the latest info, you should follow me. You will also find a good number of helpful members here who would be more than glad to answer any questions you may have. You can also of course message me with any questions.
