Sixth Sense

So here I am on a Sunday night relaxing in front of the laptop and the TV after putting my son to bed. I flip through my Netflix and notice they have "The Sixth Sense" It's a rather older movie (1999) that stars Bruce Willis and Haley Joel Osment. The jist of the movie is that Bruce Willis plays a child psychologist who tries to help an 8 year Cole (Haley) who is going through something disturbing that he can't quite explain. It's finally revealed halfway that he can see dead people. *dramatic creepy music* Ok so of course the psychologist doesn't believe him therefore thinking he is crazy and tried to get another doctor for him while trying to concentrate on mending his broken marriage. Now the ending was a huge twist. SPOILERS!!!! For those who have not seen the movie: The psychologist is actually dead!! *Dun dun dun* For those who have seen the movie did you see the ending coming or was it a surprise for you?

The maker of that movie is from Indian Origin and that is what made me go to this movie at the theater. I loved the ending as I was quite unprepared for this. Sad that most of his next/other ventures failed barring the one with Bruce Wills again where Bruce plays the Only survivor in a Train Accident, I forget the name of this movie though.

Well they can't win all of them but at least some have made it big.

@Marcyaz I think he lost his flair - look at the last one that I saw - The Last Airbender - it was a kid movie and seemed all okay to me and there were supposed to be a bunch of more on those lines - but the failure of The Last Airbender now has left no takers. No one seems to be interested in financing his movies

Yes. He doesn't need to see that stuff yet, not that he would probably remember it anyway lol.

I think I have seen that movie, or read a story very similar. I hope it was relaxing for you to watch.

It was thank you. You really should check it out if you like suspense. Some people think it is more of a horror genre because of the ghosts or spirits, but I found it more to be of a suspense (well not now since I knew the ending anyway lol.)
