I have severe hair fall problem. I have noticed that my hair are everywhere from the bathroom to my workstation and to my room. I don't know what is happening. I feel like I need to act upon it as soon as possible because it is everywhere in my apartment. I should have donated my hair as when you sum up everything I could make a wig out of it I am wondering is it because of the shampoo that I used, but I only use it every other day. Is it because I have just given birth, but it was two years ago. I badly need some advice. Thank you

I am worried about the same thing just now.. My hair is all over the place.. We have moved house and the water supplied here is very full of salts sediments. I guess that is doing my hair some harm. I love my hair.. long, straight and thick.

Salt affects our hair fall? I also just moved in a new apartment. I am wondering is it because I am stressed out

I've read about a few causes of hair loss. It can be due to low estrogen levels (usually postpartum but not necessarily), an overactive/underactive thyroid gland or stress. Maybe you can go see a dermatologist to see what the problem is?

Why don't you consult a dermatologist that deals on hairs and scalps . I had alopecia areata and is still treating a bald spot , but i found out that rubbing pure coconut oil on the scalp and hair helps the hair to regrow fast .

Try to check if you are sensitive to chlorine. Some people I know use mineral water to wash their hair because chlorinated water has damaged their hair and eventually caused hair loss.

@rakski Maybe I should try that. I will also try to use coconut oil or aloe vera to rub it on my scalp. Let see how it goes
