that relaxes me and fulfills me like no man ever could. It tastes so good and if I add a really good chocolate melting in my mouth at the same time it is exquisitely wonderful. I love it very cold and whole, not the 2 or 1 %. Do you have something you enjoy like this?

I don't like drinking milk unless it is a milkshake with real fruit or McDonalds milkshake, no idea why.

I have enjoyed ice cold chocolate drink especially when the weather is hot but when the weather is cold I love hot chocolate or hot coffee paired with delicious cake. What a treat! Let's drink to that.

Hubby would say the SAME thing about ice cold milk! We drink the whole stuff too - none of that other watered down stuff! I will get that way with a freshly picked strawberry - warm and sweet! Or that perfectly ripe peach!

I have been drinking warm milk since I was very young and I prefer it this way. It helps me relax and go to sleep easier. I also add honey to give some sweetness, you should try it. I am not sure if it will melt properly in cold milk though.

Oooh! I couldn't handle that. Now in my Latte is another story but just by itself would be awful. I can see where it would help you relax and it is what you are used to. My preference is just the opposite. Now honey in it would be devine. I enjoy tea with honey and cornbread.

@celticeagle I prefer honey instead of sugar in my tea as well. It gives a nice sweetness and it's much healthier than sugar. I believe that my mom is responsible for the warm milk, me and my brother both have the same preference!

Really pretty much anything does that to me Celtic..food or drink is so soothing. I need to watch that though as everytime I get emotional, I want to drink or eat.

There is a certain brand of milk I prefer buying. It is regional so you will not have it where you live. The 1% actually tastes as good as whole because it has been enriched with extra protein. I think cornbread with real butter, homemade beans and huge glasses of cold milk are a perfect combination.

I can't drink a whole lot of milk as it upsets my stomach. But If I do i always have chocolate milk as I can't do plain milk.

I do love cold milk as well and I drink it every night before bed. For me it's what I need before I go to sleep and it's the easiest way to drink it at night. I need it for protein loading so sometimes I drink 2 glasses of milk before bed which equals to 14grams of protein and 180 calories(I drink the low-fat by the way) especially if I worked out that day, I gotta have it.

That is a good point that it is needed after a work out. I like whole milk myself. Low fat is so boring to me.

I used to love milk, especially a chocolate milkshake. But milk now gives me asthma for some reason.
